How to check the accuracy of the Orthogonal laser line of Huepar 3D laser level?
This video is about the last part of the accuracy check of laser beam -- Orthogonal check!
Also,generally applicable to 3D laser level.
mark A below the laser tool on the floor, and then mark B on the floor 5m away from mark A, and finally mark a mark C on the floor 5m away from mark B.
Turn on the vertical laser beams of front laser window and side laser window, and move the laser tool to mark B. Align the cross point at the bottom of the laser tool to mark B accurately, and align the laser beam of the side laser window with mark C.
Mark a mark D 5m away, along the vertical line of the front window of the laser tool.
Rotate the level horizontally by 90°. Align the cross point at the bottom of the laser tool to mark B accurately, and align the laser beam of the side laser window with mark D.
Mark the vertical laser beam of the front window as mark E at the position of mark A.
Measure the offset of mark A and mark E.
The offset value should be less than 4.5mm.
If the offset value is more than 4.5mm, the laser tool should be returned to the service center for repair.
