Horrible customer service and still no replacement battery

These batteries are very poorly made. The usb charging port is soldered directly to the batteries board. It's a weak connection and my first battery failed within 2 months due to that. I ordered two replacement batteries and their third party shipping company lost the batteries and Huepar is demanding that I get proof of lost package before sending out two replacements. Stay away.
