Great costumer service and products came exactly as advertised. Have used both the tripod and level multiple times for different projects
The battery that came with the laser was defective and only lasted 5-10 minutes when fully charged. I contacted the support people at Huepar and was immediately sent a replacement. I gave it a full charge and put it to work. It has lasted over 5 hrs on a charge over four days of work. It’s nice not having to turn it off and on to conserve the battery. I just turn it on and leaves it on all day. It’s a great product with customer support that really works. Good job Huepar!
Considering the price paid this unit is good for the diy user. This unit is not for the hardbuse of professional contractors in my opinion.

I love the laser and stand so far. I also ordered an extra battery but haven’t received it yet.
When it works it works very well. Very accurate and visible in low light. However it is very difficult to get the unit out of locked mode. It flashed ivery 3 to 5 seconds indicating that it is in locked mode and has not self levelled. Very difficult to get out of this mode..Frustrating. I purchased a receiver with this unit that works well but again very difficult to het it into pulse mode for the same reason indicated above.
Love the new laser once I received it a few months after I ordered it's worked like it should and would buy another one
When the laser is on the stand that connects to the pole it doesn’t go up and down smoothly and sits a little cockeyed so fine tuning is kind of a pain. Otherwise it’s a good laser and for the money it’s great
The adapter makes the level much more flexible in installation. I think the adapter should come with the level.

Bought 621cg 5/8/24 it's not level!!!3/8" out in32'. Emailed H par they told me to adjust it MY SELF. CUST SVC doesn't exist w/these people!!! Now check out the video 1/18/25
If it wasn’t free, I certainly wouldn’t pay real money to get one.
Feels cheap. Looks cheap. Motion and use binds up; difficult to adjust and have it hold.
It stays in my shop, in the cheap vinyl case, and will undoubtedly get purged at some point.
Don’t pay money for the stand. If it comes for free, great - but don’t get it on its own.

I'm not a professional carpenter but do rough carpentry a fair bit. This laser system has saved me quite a bit of time on an addition that I'm currently building.
Existing structure was not level or plumb but I was able to make my build proper with the laser level.
The equipment including the attachments are durable and the nylon case works well.
I would definitely recommend.
I fully charged the battery then the next day I set up the laser to find the high / low spots in y floor before setting tile. Using only the horizontal plane, the laser died in 5 minutes. I recharged it overnight and tried it again. It lasted almost 10 minutes this time. I put it back in the box and set it on the shelf in the garage, where it now lives. Very Disappointed.
It’s a nice laser with a bad battery. After receiving the well packaged tool, I charged the battery to full capacity. However, when using the laser, using only the horizontal plane to locate the high - low spots on the floor I am tiling, the battery lasted only 20 minutes. After again recharging to full capacity the battery died again after 20 minutes +/-. It now sits in a box on a shelf in the garage. I’m very disappointed.
